Paul Wittmann
Founder & President
Under Paul’s leadership, Wittmann Building has grown into one of the most respected construction firms in Palm Beach and Martin Counties. With 30 years of construction experience, Paul works closely with the Wittmann team in ensuring on-time delivery of the highest quality homes, while building lasting relationships with Clients, Architects, Subcontractors, and the Community. Having a lifetime of passion for building, Paul is consistently challenging his team to enhance the community by building exceptional homes for people to enjoy.
Alexander Wittmann
Executive Vice President
Alexander has joined the Wittmann Building executive team after building his foundation as a laborer to foreman, estimator, and project manager. Alexander seeks to provide quality service for a select group of clients through a hands-on approach. As a visionary behind the company, Alexander plans to grow and expand many aspects of the business. He is well respected by many Town professionals, architects, and former clients with his attention to detail, ambition to excel, and current knowledge in the construction industry. He holds a Master’s degree in Building Construction from Florida International University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Colorado.
Dave Chesser
Executive Vice President
Dave Chesser brings over 30 years of construction experience in the State of Florida. Prior to joining the Wittmann Team, Dave held several Senior Executive positions with high-end construction firms in Palm Beach County. Dave, a Certified General Contractor, holds degrees in Building Construction from the University of Florida and Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
Taylor Wittmann
Field Operations
Taylor Wittmann is responsible for all field operations, including scheduling, staffing, and quality control. Prior to joining Wittmann Building, Taylor was the founder of a construction company based in the Northeast. He has a lifetime of construction trade skills and has been with Wittmann Building for over 15 years. Taylor has completed several luxury homes on Palm Beach and Jupiter Island ranging from 5,000 to 30,000 square feet. He is licensed as a Certified General Contractor and holds a degree in Building Construction from Alfred State College.
Chris McLean
Senior Project Manager
Chris McLean has been involved with the construction business in both commercial and residential for over 30 years and has been part of the Wittmann Building team since 1998. Over the years, his dedication, proficiency, and hard work has earned Chris the trust of Owners and Subcontractors who live and work on the Island of Palm Beach. Chris is a State Certified General Contractor.
Brian Lapierre
Senior Project Manager
Brian has over 20 year of construction management experience in the South Florida luxury market. He oversees large scale projects including client relationships, staffing, project budget and schedule management. Having spent his entire career in South Florida, Mr. Lapierre is well respected and has a history of strong relationships with local municipalities, subcontractors, and others within the local market. Brian graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Construction Management.
Robert Lyons
Senior Project Manager
Robert began his career in commercial construction, after years of large-scale commercial projects the transition to large scale residential was the next challenge. Robert has managed many large residential projects including multiple oceanfront residential projects throughout Palm Beach and Singer Island. Robert’s passion to collaborate with owners, designers, and contractors has led to countless successful projects. Robert has a degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida.
